Mona Lisa came to us from our friends at Asgard’s Mastiffs, owners Jim and Terri Hudspeth.  Mona Lisa is the only girl in the house and naturally she is the Alpha Dog of the house, Miss Mona to the boys!  She is a deep Apricot, with the silky deep black ears and muzzle. Many have said they have never seen finer movement on a girl then Mona’s. It is a pleasure to watch her move in the ring.

Mona finished her Championship/Owner/Handled in Sedalia with a 4 point Major.  Showing was not Mona’s passion, so I remember on the day she finished I whispered in her ear before we went in the ring, “Mona if you just do this for me I promise you will never have to step into a show ring again.”  Well, she did it, and I am forever grateful to her for that thrilling day, and even though I would love to see her move around the Veteran ring, I will keep my promise to her forever. Mona spends most of her summer in the family swimming pool.
